Courage Means Using Your Voice
Courage Means Using Your Voice
Many children struggle not because they lack ability — but because they hesitate to speak. This is due to several variables, which could include less social interaction, excessive digital device time, or undeveloped confidence.
This week, we focused on using your voice as a form of courage.
Speaking clearly, making eye contact, and standing tall are not just communication skills. They are confidence signals.
In self-protection situations, a strong voice can stop problems before they escalate. Verbal de-escalation is a powerful skill that can boost confidence and prevent physical conflict.
In school, it helps students ask questions and participate.
In life, it builds leadership.
When students practice saying “No” or “Stop” with confidence, they begin to understand that their voice has power.
And that changes everything.
With love and respect,
