This week students learned that effort is not just personal - it influences others.

Energy is contagious. Strong positive effort can inspire teammates, classmates, siblings, and friends to be their best.

Leadership begins with being the example... to our kids, to our friends, to anyone watching. Showing people a better way forward, learning self care, and living a healthy life can only have positive effects on those around us.

When students consistently give strong effort, they become the kind of people others respect and follow. This is the Way.

That’s how leaders are built.
